The map dies in a slide deck
It is accurate on the day it is drawn. Three months later nobody knows whether it still reflects the account, so nobody trusts it, so nobody updates it.
Early access — ahead of our HubSpot Marketplace listing
Rehnable turns the contacts already associated with a HubSpot company into an editable org chart with a stakeholder heatmap — and writes every reporting line back to your portal as real HubSpot associations.
Built on HubSpot's 2026.03 developer platform · OAuth only · EU-hosted · no CRM data stored on our side
The problem
The org chart gets drawn once — in a slide, a whiteboard, a diagramming tool — and from that moment it drifts away from the CRM that actually runs the deal.
It is accurate on the day it is drawn. Three months later nobody knows whether it still reflects the account, so nobody trusts it, so nobody updates it.
HubSpot has no built-in manager relationship between contacts. Job titles are free text. A hundred contacts on an enterprise account is a list, not a structure.
You cannot see that the whole deal rests on one champion who has not replied in six weeks — until the renewal is at risk or that person changes jobs.
What Rehnable does
Rehnable reads the contacts already associated with the company, lays them out as an org chart, colours them by engagement, and lets you fix the structure by dragging — with every change written straight back to HubSpot.
Drop a person onto their manager and the reporting line is written to HubSpot immediately — as a labelled contact-to-contact association, not a note in a text field. Cycles are rejected server-side, and every write raises an undo toast — or use Cmd/Ctrl+Z.
Every node is coloured by activity recency, deal participation, or the two combined — normalised inside the company you are looking at, so the map always separates hot stakeholders from cold ones instead of flattening small accounts.
Switch from People to Group and the same canvas draws the corporate structure — parent and child companies with rolled-up heat — so you can see the whole group before you drill into one legal entity.
Choose up to four contact properties to show on every card — buying role, lifecycle stage, last activity, or any other dropdown, number, date or yes/no property in your portal. Teams get a colour stripe so a cross-functional committee is readable at a glance.
Select people on the canvas and turn them into a static HubSpot list, a set of assigned tasks, or a bulk property edit — without leaving the chart and without a CSV round trip.
Contact, company and deal data is fetched on demand for the chart you have open and never written to our database. We keep encrypted OAuth tokens and your portal's configuration — that is the whole list.
How it works
Rehnable builds on what is already in your portal. There is nothing to import and no parallel database to keep in sync.
A HubSpot admin authorises the app over OAuth. Rehnable creates its association labels and its team property in your portal automatically.
The Rehnable card sits on the company record. One button opens the editor in a modal — inside HubSpot, already authenticated as you.
Place contacts on the canvas and drag them into reporting lines. Each drop is a validated write to your own CRM, undoable on the spot.
Switch heat modes to find the cold branches, select the people who matter, and push them into a list, tasks, or a property update.
The heatmap
A heatmap is only useful if you know exactly what it measures. Rehnable has three modes, one active at a time, and always prints the underlying number on the card so colour is never the only carrier of the information.

Built on your own data
Rehnable does not invent a private data model. It reads properties you already have and stores structure the way HubSpot stores structure — so the result stays usable even if you stop using Rehnable tomorrow.

Security
The rule that shaped the architecture is simple: no customer CRM data at rest on our infrastructure. The chart you see is assembled in your browser from a live read and discarded when you close it.
